FAQs

Below are some frequently asked questions regarding our boot camps.  If your question is not answered here, please contact us. Also, please review the terms and conditions for participating in our boot camps.

I am a beginner exerciser, will the exercises be too hard for me?

  • No. Our program can accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. It is structured in such a way to allow each individual to work to their own capacity.

How long is each class?

  • Each boot camp “class” is one (1) hour.

What happens if I miss a scheduled boot camp?

  • If you miss a scheduled boot camp, you may sit in on an alternative boot camp class during the same 4-week session as the current boot camp. Please review our terms and conditions.

What if it rains and the boot camp session gets canceled?

  • During inclement weather we will try to move the boot camp indoors. If this option is not available, a make-up date will be scheduled if possible. Please check our website for cancellation updates.

How will I be notified if a session is canceled?

  • Boot camp cancellations will posted to Facebook and/or you will be notified through email.

What do I need to bring with me to the boot camp?

  • We recommend bringing plenty of fluids and a workout towel. An exercise mat may be needed in some cases.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

  • You may bring your own dumbbells etc. if you’d like.  However, it is not required.

Do you provide help with diet?

  • Yes. Nutrition support is provided to help you with your weight loss efforts.

How many weeks do the boot camps run?

  • Boot camp duration may vary, but will usually be 4 weeks.

What will be expected of me at BetterBodies Boot Camp?

  • You are expected to show up, give your best effort, be encouraging of yourself and others, and have fun!  We understand that the camp will be more challenging for some than others, but we encourage you to keep a positive attitude.  These camps are designed to bring people together to achieve a common goal.  This is best accomplished in a positive, energetic environment.
